York drain pan

Hi, I am trying to clean my indoor air-con unit and having diffculty to remove the drain pan to clean dust residues in it and avoid clog to the pipe. can anyone share the service/technical manual? or any knowledge/links/advize/resouces that can be similarly applied - thanks!
