:) a simple test to compare price level of different countries

In my country : China
eggs 0.5USD/kg
beef 2.5USD/kg
house: 300~400USD/m2
average wage(RE):350USD/month

i hope you can tell me sth,if you will:p

Eggs/kilo??? Here we pay/piece +/- 0.15€/pc
Beef: 15 €/kg
Fish between 12 and 16 €/kg
Potatoes 0.25 to 0.30€/kg
House: average house +/-150.00 to 200.000 for +/- 100m²
Ground prices +/- 1500 €/m²
Average wage net , what remains in the pocket after all taxes and insurances are paid: +/- 1.200 to 1.500 €/month for 38 hours working.
Fuel 1,15 €/l.
Taxes (VATΰ 21% and food and books are 6%
+/- 50 to 55 % of the wage of a tech goes to taxes and insurances.
Contractor needs to multiplie the wage with at least 2.1.
Average price for the customer, charegd by the contractor from 32 to 45 €.

That would make sense in Italy as well.

Prices Aus dollars.

Eggs:$2-$3 per 12
Beef:$25/kilo (good quality)
Average house:$300000
Fuel:$1.36/litre.

Cost of wife's spending:$100000000000:D

Banana's cost about the same as wife's spending thanks to a cyclone ripping out 90% of crops.
