airport bus air conditioning system

Greetings all
I have been ask to assist in putting a maintenance system together for a client who has a number of buses that work at the airport..
The buses are from china..they have Thermo King systems in..
The engine running the compressor is a TK486v is a Yanmar
Compressor no details
on the roof we have a LRT-111 N 1012 7.5m

I have pictures but gave them to Thermo king and got ZIP back..
I need to know the volume of gas and any other field service you would recommend.I do not have a date but I am told they where bought in 2006

roofpods have sight glasses as gas volume depends on pipe length and position of roofpod somewhere in the area od 7.5 to 9 kilo of r134a but be warned had some uk lrts on 407c yipee, main things is filters gas level oil level and broken pipe supports self diagnistics on dash so thats all sorted and of course how many fans work and the trusty recirc flaps always bull drive belt of and check noise of clutch bearings ta charlie
