Hansen APPC purger questions

Hi All,
so I have just installed one of these units and my suction solenoid seems to be restricting,
keeping my purger at 200KPA and not at 85 kpa except when I jack it open then pressure drops
any one elce had a issue here?

also the display remains on "start up delay" and never changes it is functioning correctly and seems to be purging air just fine, however the display is suppose to read "collecting air and water" at this stage and its not...

sooooo any one had this issue and who elce has this unit ?

Matt is solenoid F high to low pressure in normal operation unjacked, or is it energized.
How is it piped up, as where is this 85kpa.
Assume you are collecting of low side accumulator which would be at approx 0kpa or a vacuum?
Manual indicates 10 min delay after unit chills to below 4 deg C "start up delay"
Reset it or turn off/on see what happens.
