logistics of repairing leaking evaporator

got quite a large chill store with 4 coolers to condensing units,one evap is leaking but getting the beasty down is proving tricky,the store runs/operational 24/7 and availability access with two stackers is not easy was thinking of blanking the leaking one off until we can get the lifting tackle,leaving one cooler and one condensing unit and of coarse the other system will be running 100% seems like the only option question is the cond unit will be too big for cooler any ideas?

One evap missing out of 4 wont bother the temp too much .
If one Tx valve was to shut down it would do the same thing as you isolating it .
Make sure you weld the cut pipes if it for a long time ball valves arent 100% sometimes !!
