Foster Freezer not getting below -6C

Hello,

We have got a foster Double commercial freezer storing frozen stock. It will not drop below -6c any advice or help would be appreciated.

Make sure it is not frozen up.
Empty it and defrost it for 24 hours, then turn it back on.
If it works OK after that, you might be OK, if it does not
the only thing is to get it looked at by a fridge engineer.

I could list about 10 things that could be wrong with it but
I would be guessing. Make sure it is not frozen up and
then you will have to have it looked at.
