Anyone got a service manual for the above panasonic split? Been asked to look at one later in the week for another company. There engineer has found evaporator freezing up,liquid line frosting and system pumping down. When system cuts out suction standing pressure 200psi. Restriction? Gonna pull the charge and check that to but just after a heads up before I go to site.

Evaporator frosting and liquid line frosting means extra low pressure in this side of the circuit.
If you have clean filters on the evaporator and good heat onto the fan coil then I would check the system charge.
If the charge is OK then you need to be taking temperature measurements around the system to pinpoint where the problem lies
