Had trouble today with remote for unit not letting me switch between modes i.e heating cooling etc....would only stay on cooling. 5 cassettes on system. Checked service mode and not locked on cooling. Tried another remote that i know is working and it did the same thing. Anybody any suggestions? Remote would let me change temperature,fan speed and everything else but mode
