Xarios Micro plug terminal removing tool

Hi I have a micro plug terminal that is losing connection under load and need to replace the single terminal in the multi-plug. Does anyone know if the special tool to remove it is available from say RS or Farnell or is it only available from Carrier? Thanks

Link it out,take the back off the micro solder a wire onto the inside bring it out and join to harness that's what me and quite a few others do,normally it's the evap fan wiring that gives problems
