SAMSUNG A255, E162 Fault

Just installed and the following fault codes are flashing on the display of the wall control. I have checked all wiring, interconnecting and can confirm all is correct. I have found E162 fault to be a EEPROM error? how do i rectify this?

Check that you unit has an EEPROM card (chip) installed.
Maybe it got knocked off during install or fell off in transit
