I've just been saddled with the task of reviving the refrigeration and air conditioning arm of a company
This company designs and manufactures ice block machines , freezers, refrigerators, e.t.c
I'm still on the drawing board doing some planning,

Welcome to the forum. If you make your request clear members on the forum will surely do their best to help you t all times.

You need to look at market and market potential and why the company failed.....Was the market largely domestic, commercial, industrial? Did the investment side of the market dry up, was there no cash to be spent? Or was the failure the result of business incompetence or too hard a squeeze for profits or? Di they leave a wake of dissatisfied customers? What equipment did they represent or where they manufacturing/ fabricating equipment of some sort? Look closely at the accounts payable history....Was there a significantly large increase in payables in a short period of time?

Maybe I misjudged your post .... sorry ... but

description (bold letters-first above) and link within ... sounds like advertisement ...

Links are not allowed in the way you did it ...
