Taridan fault code 7

Hello,
We have a Taridan GCL model air conditioning unit in our consetvatory. Whenever we switch it on, it works for about 2 secs but then displays F7 on the control panel screen and then turns itself off. Hoe do we go about about fixing yhis or can anyone recommend a company in north-eadt wales that can fix it?? Thank you

Appears to be a Chinese Carrier unit, F7 could be indoor temp sensor fault ?
