Hi guys! pls help me with this fault from York millenium recip chiller, YAEP model. The unit doesn't start. it shows "REPROGRAM TYPE OF REFRIGERANT TO RUN". it needs access code to change the type of refrigerant..

How old is chiller?

it's a six-yr old chiller

It may be that the battery on the micro board has failed, normally this message only appears when chiller is first switched on, you may need to change other settings if the memory has failed, each time power is lost then this will reoccur, would you not be happier to contact local York office to check it for you?
