Maybe a bit more information & we might be able to help.
Information like the following

brand of ice machine
refrigerant type
pressures of system when making ice suction pressure,discharge pressure
how is ice make cycle controlled, is it time or pressure
how long is each cycle
has it suddenly stopped working properly, or over time.

We can't see anything from here, so you have to be our eyes.
