Evaporator Selection

Hi All Engineers & Technicians
I have problem in selecting the evaporator of a cool room as I do not know Relative Humidity Vs Evaporator Temperature Difference (KTD). But I know the value for Fish, Beef, Chicken, Eggs, Banana, & Cheese. When I get a customer for any other products other than the above I am finding it difficult to select the correct evaporator. Please let me know if there are any web sites where I could get these values. Moreover is it differs with different manufacturers of evaporators. I would be much appreciate if any body help me on this matter.

Thank you. I went through the web but I can not find the KTD Vs RH. For example if fish need 4 KTD & the Evaporator manufacturer listed their evaporator as 6 or 8 KTD. Therefore we had to adjust it to get the actual capacity. Please let me know how to get over this problem.
