problem with engine driven Hubbard 12v system

Hi All,

I am having problems with the above on a Peugeot van.

The 40 amp fuse trips going into he van battery after the unit runs for a few minutes. You can reset and it runs again.

Fans run ok on 240v

Any ideas ?

not a lover of them circuit breakers,get a heavy duty fuse holder from a good auto electrics stickier and a 40 blade fuse ,consult an auto electrician to check the amp draw first.
