Dear Reader.

Could someone recommend us HVAC system what is payable and reliable for an office building 3 x 200 m2 high 2.45 meters
We have natural gas prefer to heat and cool through floor heating and need a hot water supply.
We need also a separate or integrated fresh air and stale air exhaust system.

Regards,

Joop

For something this big you need a professional to visit the site and carry out a full survey. Only then could he recommended a suitable system.

Dear Frank,

yes I understand we think about heating on gas because that is the cheapest and avalabile.
For cooling, fresh air (with heat exchanger) and stale air exhaust we need a system but mostly they are include heating.
Otherwise I need an airco system and seperate an ventilation system.

greetings,

Joop

Hi

I share the same sentiments as Frank. You need a proffessional to servey, specify and design an appropreate HVAC system for such an application like this.

Dear all,

We have a sophisticated two piping HVAC system in our office building, gas heating with the chiller and air treatment unit on the roof.
This is a pretty expensive even if I go back to a single piping system so in this case I have the idée to make a conventional system for heating with radiators or convectors.
But I’m looking for an affordable system for the cooling, fresh air and moist air extraction.
I know that there are some airco systems that also include fresh air input with a heat exchanger.
Maybe one of you have a suggestion and sorry if I don’t express myself so well.

regards,

Joop

Do you have drawings of the existing system that you can share with us so that we can help you. Why are you looking at changing your existing system?

Dear "Press"

We don't want to change the system this is about another much smaller building for which we want a more simple and cheaper
system.
Heating on gas with radiators, convectors and an combination of aircoditioning and fress air supplier.

greetings,

joop

You need a qualified contractor to survey the site, and design a system FULL STOP.
