Samsung remote fault codes

Hi guys, could anybody tell me how to bring up a fault code on my remote? It is for an AQV09NSBN 2.5kw split aircon.
It has refrigerant but the compressor isnt starting, indoor and outdoor fans are operating.

Hi Hagget,

If it got a fault on it the code will be the only thing you see on the remote, assuming you got a wired remote.
If you got the Infra Red remote then the lights flashing on the facia of the indoor unit is your fault code.

Taking a step back, have you checked that the unit either is set to cooling with a setpoint below the room temperature or heating with a setpoint above room temp?

Just re-read your post, the outdoor fan is running but not the compressor?
