How to check if a company or individual holds a Refcom or F Gas certificate? (U.K)

Hi Guys.
I and all of my colleagues have as far as we are aware all the necessary safe handling tickets etc.
I am coming across customers representatives who make statements as to what can and can't be done on their sites. Which contradict 2079 etc.
How could I check out some of these people?
