Hi All

Please can you advise

Looks like im going to get some hand me down tools from my company as ive asked for a new welding kit as ive been using my own.
Ive seen the welding kit from a distance and one of the gauges is broken so it fails there but what are the other things i should look for.
Someone told me once before the gauges or set up needs changing every 5 years is that true.
Any information or advice would be grateful.
