Consultancy?

Hi all, I've learned a great deal from reading this forum in the past, and I know there are some very experienced and capable engineers on here. So I hope it's OK to ask this:

My work needs to (fairly quickly) get a small chiller/ heat pump working in a mobile application, and it will need to be custom designed and built - so we'd like to get a knowledgeable engineer with the appropriate certificates to do this.

Preferably someone within reasonable travelling distance of East Lothian (Scotland)

Without being nosy, but asking anyway, Why? :D

What do you need a portable / transportable heat pump -
chiller for?

I ask because it might influence someone to respond if they
have more information.

I assume you are talking about an air sourced heatpump / chiller
so within reason any of the multiple heat pumps on the market
at the moment could do this, but we would need to know more specifics.

Let us know what the chiller is chilling / heatpump heating because
that will dictate the size of the system you will want.

Electrical supplies also, 3ph or single phase
