Tk smx2 alarm code 111-unit not configured correctly

Please excuse my English.
I have a TK unit smx2 with alarm code 111. This code appears only in the day time, when it is hot outside. I change controller and the relay board. No change. Controller and relay board they've changed it works ok on another unit.
Pls help me, I do not know what to do with it.

Faulty ambient air sensor?
Check the shunt on the PC board is in the correct position. Been a long time since I worked on an SMX-II. good units.
