walls 3 tier ice cream freezer fault

Hi guys any suggestions would be greatly appreciated I attended a call this morning to a wall ice cream 3 tier freezer model iarp visimax slim. Found all tiers at temp below -21 but what I'm getting is a lot of condensation on all of the right hand doors. Checked door seals and seem ok condensation is tracking into the cabinet and forming ice build up esp in middle tier. Not sure whether any heaters are fitted into these cabinets any help much appreciated

There are heaters fitted to these. They are in the bottom of where the doors slide.

They are a common failure on them.

At the top where all the electrics are is a spare heater unless it's been used
