Looks promising doesn't it? The energy saving aspect in particular.

Well, as long as the airco guys will not start now with installing packs with the help af Daikin.

In Belgium we have some private schools - more technical centers - where you can learn in evening courses for different jobs, mostly technical and computer related.
The level is really high and they only give lessons for what you're going.
Refrigeration is 2 years lessons from 7 till 10 PM twice a week and on Saturday the practical side of it.
You can do then afterwards an exam and this is your ticket to start your own business.
These lessons are given mostly by tzechs who also have a day job in the same discipline.

Well, together with a well known Belgium manufacturer, they will train now electricans in 2(!!!) days to make qualified airco techs of them.

I have visited this store earlier this year, and watched it operate.
It is remotely monitored from Japan for power consumption analysis etc.

Best regards

Mark
