York Chiller Model YS Problem.

I am getting a problem with York YS model chiller.

The Display showing- Safety Shutdown -Manual Restart
And a warning Condenser High pressure.

I have the service level password, But when acknowledging the fault and trying to clear it, prompting for a password, which is not working with the service level password.

Can anyone help me?

check for hp reset might have manual reset button

Hi Nazm.
What kind of condenser does your chiller have?
If Shell and Tube?
Check your water flows?

As IM suggests you may have to clear a physical HP tripbefore a reset.
