mitsui fault codes

Came across a Mitsui wall type MBCX 24 Hl-0 inverter type.

Was shifted last week by someone in house but is displaying EO flashing. Any help.

Transmission error if it's got a indoor isolator leave that on n power down outdoor then power back up
