You need water treatment to control corrosion and PH control.

Hi
Maybe a good solution are the following:
1) Install a buffer tank, and the inlet water to evaporator let it come from the upper side of the buffer , so you will give a time for all this dirt to drop down to the bottom of the tank.
2) Make it primary- secondary system using also a buffer tank with internal heat exchanger
Best of luck

Beida,
Correct me if wrong, but assume you have a closed circuit cooling water system with some kind of small open top up tank for it.
If you have access to a water treatment company or similar, give them a dirty filter &water sample.
unlikely dirt but bacterial growth in water (wear gloves to you
know what it is).
Then they may suggest flush system with fresh water then add suitable chemicals to kill it & prevent it reoccurring.
To clean outside of tube bundle may be difficult, but first remove insulation off refrigerant in/out end to see if bundle can be removed from shell, so we can at least see what's next.

Yeah Bro
Yes it is true that he closed water cooling system
Here are no laboratories for the analysis of water and bacteria
But the reason is not the growth of bacteria
the reason of Dirty is the plumber man connect the pipes they contain dirty rusty iron
I will try to open the evaporator to clean it
Thanks for the help

For removing rust, you could use Phosporic acid!
