You have this the wrong way around, you sort all the other stuff first then select your heat ex-changer.
SWEP do not give nominal ratings.
So you say you have 25Kw, and what refrigerant, what is SSt and SCT and liquid temp.
what are you chilling, from what temp to what required temp, how much of it.
Do that then I will run through a program for you. to give you pressure drop of the heat exchanger

So you have 2 tanks, a full one and an empty one.

I know want you want to do, but you do not.
I will point you in right direction.
and the end of milk processing you have tank of water/glycol mix at ?????C. I start to refrigerate the glycol mix, do I cool from ????? (as above) to -2C in one go, or do I chill the glycol mix from ????? to a slighlty colder temp, so that over night the whole tank is a -2C.
So describe what you want the refrigeration to do, and not only the final out come.

There are 12 hours before the second milk processing
all night to cool the 3000 liter to -2 C From 18C or 20C

The amount of milk in 2800 and almost a liter
Receiving sporadic 400 liters of milk every half hour
We are in the center of the dairy farms of rural

Using a 25% polypropylene glycol mixture you a flow of 1.1Kgs/second, 31Kpa pressure drop (plus pipework)
This will give peak duty of around 30Kw (at the start), and drop down to around 10Kw at the end.
Do not have full detail on Bristol compressors, but should be close enough and keep the comp with in envelope.
With such a varing load I would look at an electronic expansion valve.

The numbers were close enough, i had the displacement.
Size you danfoss for 20Kw 0SST and 48CSCT, that should cover the application range.

It is not water, so is harder to pump
so go for CP150 and install a gate valve on the discharge to control flow rate
