dear friends,

i have a question.what is the method of understanding the the out door unit of a freezer is is undersized.because i am in trouble .my condensing unit have multi evaporator.if i switch off the solenoid of one evaporator, then next evaporator will make -20c.but when i run both evaporator,it is not pulling the temperature. only come to -14c.tev orifice is 01.when i tune the tev, compressor is flooding. i suspect the out door system is undersized.i you have any advise please help me.

do you install receiver tank on system? or only condenser alone.

is there possibility of low refrigerant supply when all evaporator is in use?

Is this a new installation? Has it ever worked correctly?

Are you sure the system is correctly charged?

What kw capacity does each evaporator have? How many compressors and their total HP?

Has the system pipework been designed correctly?

hi beeran , did you saw if the compressor motor is running? If it’s humming, or making a steady noise, and your freezer is still not cooling properly, there could be a problem with one or more various components. If it is running, but your freezer is still not cooling at all, there may be a problem with the condenser or evaporator coils.
