YORK chiller ISN codepak control center showed a series of garbled signals.....

Hi, everyone,
Recently I started the YORK chiller ISN codepak control center...Firstly, it showed "DISPLAY SELF-TEST" on display panel, then it showed "SOFTWARE # 31916-02", and then it showed a series of garbled signals, like " !@#$%^&*()....." I already tried to enter any buttons on display panel...it just showed a series of garbled signals.....
I don't know how to solve it...I also reset the power and restart the mechine for many times! It still just showed garbled signals...
Please help me urgently~~and give me some ways to fix it!!!

You may require the York Ice software to enable too reset this.

I suggest calling your local Johnson Controls office.

Hi , that sound like a lose wire from your display or ram chip going bad. It could also be a dry joint under the PCB. Re-flow with solder and test again and check continuity with meter.
