How do you calibrate a level sensor for a York, YCIV chiller? It's a 2011 chiller. I hear there is a button on it for calibration, but I don't see what to do. When the chiller is in the off mode, the flash tank level is at the top of the sight glass. The control board screen shows 15%. That matches the 1.5 vdc signal from the sensor to the main board so I am relatively sure the board is reading correctly, but the tank looks like more than 15%.
I know the chiller wants to maintain 35% when running. Seems like if I was reading low, the tank could over fill and wipe the compressor out through the economizer. Personally, if I were designing something so critical, I would put two sensors and alarm if they don't match.

Is this it?

Close, thanks. It's a little different. I also found this that I used to see at supermarkets http://hantech.com/documents/PDF/archive/123008/P112.pdf
Essentially the same but different. I see no way to adjust calibration on the York one.

My sensor part number is 025-43503-000 Johnson Controls. I have not found good literature on it except what is in the basic manual.

Never mind. I found and tested the answer and will send it to anybody who needs it.
