daikin split fault code E6

I have a daikin Caset R407, unit was showing a fault code E6 a month a go. Replaced the outdoor unit,new unit was working OK for 1 month, today E6 it come back.can any one help pleas.

E6 as you probably know means compressor lock.
Why did you replace the outdoor unit?
Have you checked your incoming mains voltage is correct?

how did he replace the outdoor unit on a R407c system more like :-)
