problem with Daewoo digital high class side by side fridge freezer..

I have had this fridge freezer for about 8 years from new and although there is power going into it theres no power on the control panel.
Im guessing thats where my problem lies but dont want to buy a replacement incase its elsewhere.
I have tried to get the back off but it seems to be really stuck down and wont budge.
Can anyone advise me on my next step and where to buy replacement parts.
