Hi! My name is Francisco and I am aj engineering student from Argentina. Back here we own a small ice cream factory and I want to try to build a cold desk ala cold stone creamery. I am planning to adapt a small stainless steel desk I havr laying around here. Since I dont have any experience outside the classroom with heat transfer (I know the theory and fundamentals), I wanted to know if somebody could help me get in the right direction with this project. I have already read the 101 post in this forum but I am kore concerned about the practical aspects regarding equipment.
