Green Flashing light- fault on Airwell

Hey lads, I've a problem with an Airwell Cassette. M: KXL 36NT R410A AW. It heats fine but when I put it into cooling mode the green light on the fascia starts flashing and I have no cooling from the system. Is there any way to get a fault code or anything off the system or is it a matter of literally checking everything? My first stop will be the 4 way valve anyway. It's on a RCW2 controller if that helps.

I'll check it out thanks. I did pour 2 litres into the port at the back to test the pump, which worked.
