Water collecting under salad draw

Please can anyone offer some advice I've a new product candy fridge freezer model csc 1745 we . It's only about 3 months old , but I've had a lot of water that's collecting underneath the salad draw . I've had to start using a towel to stop it dripping over the door . The drain at the back seems clear it's just drain the condensation . If any body had any info or tips be appreciated
