Hello,
I have a Hoover HCF 5177W fridge/freezer. I've had it about 3.5 years and never had a problem with it, it looks brand new...
The fridge has been making a loud humming noise recently and has stopped freezing the food, it only chills it. I have put a thermometer in the freezer and it barely makes 0 degrees.
The freezer has been packed with food so I thought that may have been the problem with air circulation not being effective. The freezer has been mostly empty for 24 hours and it has made no difference, the food I left in the freezer still feels soft.
The bottom part of the fridge/top of the freezer feels warm. As the milk is stored on the inside of the door above this part its going off quickly and smelling bad.
Do any of you know what could be the problem?
