Daikin help identify watercooled pack unit

Hi guys have a Daikin water cooled unit with an Evaporator fan needing replacement.
Cannot get any info from Daikin Aust as none of the info off the plate shown above is relevant. Does anyone possibly have any details on this machine it's a 2hp/6kw element heat, watercooled pack unit. Scoured the entire unit for a model no to no avail.

Is it actually the fan that needs repair or is it just the motor?

If just the motor then repair may be an option or a suitable replacement sourced.

Yes fan motor & start cap are cactus! The degree of difficulty here though system is in a set ceiling & it will need to be removed to facilitate the works.
At this stage it's only a quote & would like to price the job as accurately as possible.
Have sent as much detail to Daikin Aust. though no word yet.
Based on the placard motor specs have probably enough info there to quote a motor rewind though that will mean further time & @ least two site visits.
