taylor ph 71 ice cream machine barrel freezes

Hi there anyone to help ? I have a taylor ph 71 soft serve machine this works fine till placed on standby and self pasturise over night, then the barrel freezes and locks up if i turn the machine off and drain each night it works fine through the day, any help greatly appreciated. billy 24102
