have a fault code E21 on a new FDT100VF1, looked at all my service manuals, and on line no E21 fault found, unit had shut down, any help guys.

Fully close panel with filter. It has sensor open\close. Or sensor not connect.

had the same thing last week- as rusbuka says- door switch on filter cover- i trawled through manuals and fault codes and couldnt find it:rolleyes:
stop the unit before u clean the filter

Look manuals for indoor unit. It have what error.And manuals for wire controll have too
