Insulated or non-friable fiberglass drip pans

Have a drip pan that is above a chain with heated product in a room that utilizes multiple 180 degree water sterilizers that I have constant issues with condensation forming. Main problem is the setpoint for the evaporator has to be low enough to keep it off the walls and ceilinng, but it will chill the pan from the water dropping out at the coil. After market add-ons are not an option due to cleanup of area with 250psi water hoses. Is there a good fiberglass type pan manufactorer out there that could hold up tp daily cleanings?

Had a similar problem years ago and we solved that by lagging the original drip tray and then getting a stainless steel second skin made up, like a tray that fitted around the lagging on the original tray.
Lagged so no condensation formed and stainless so easy to clean...

There is also a type of insulation that has an adhesive side that you trim to size, then peel backing off then stick on.
Maybe its Possible to line the inside of drip tray with it only to keep it simple.
This type of insulation is about 3/8" thick, but probably other thicknesses available.

I had something similar in mind. What kind of material did you use for the lagging and is it anti-microbial?
