Is it possible the poor performance on heating to be due to addresses assigned to the components of the system? The addresses are assigned as follows: OC:75 BC:69 IC: 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42.

they don't heat very well if they are overcharged at all I have found. Re measure the pipework and weigh the gas charged. It may be a good idea to follow the standard address system in the future to aid fault finding.

as long as the ports are correctly addressed then no dramas, also whats the capacity of indoors compared to outdoor? (indexation)

I'd expect the outdoor to be addressed 87 and BC to 88 if the indoors are 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42. Your addressing says there are more than one system to me. Are you working with the right indoors to outdoors?

try shutting some units down and see the running unit give more heat if so pos short of gas

The ptoblem thay I'm facing is that some IC's don't provide heat. I must admit though, that the system is in service since 2004. The pressusres seem within normal ranges. How can someone read the values of the sensors? Is there any software tool that enables us to connect to main board?
Thank all of you for the responses.

click on link for service manual
on the outdoor unit sw1 dipswitches set in different binary settings will give dispalys of target comp freq , thermistor temps, lev positions, indoor fcu demand- cheaper than buyng the kit to hook up to the m net
