Hi All

I want some help regarding freezer containers

My company supplied to a client in a hot and humid zone-ambient 34/38 ºC and RH 75%, supplied to us by a foregin company:

- 1 x 20 feet polyurethane insulated (100 mm) container with a 5 HP compressor and matched blower, to operate at -20 ºC;

- 1 x 10 feet polyurethane insulated (100 mm) container with a 3,5 HP compressor and matched blower, to operate at -25 ºC;

When we comissioned the units, it took 4 days for the containers to get down to temperature.

On the floor below both contaneirs, there was a lot of water.

My questions are:

- is it possible that, on the handling of the contaniers, that the vapor barrier is broken?

- is it possible that because of water in the insulation the systems are not permforming?
