the problems found on the chillers are as follows:-

Chiller No. 1

Hi, it could well be the compressor has overheated or the motor protector module is faulty (if that model has one)

does it have phase protection??- swap phases over in case compressors running backwards

Dear frens..still the chiller had same problem

Chiller No. 1

Compressor of circuit no 4 trips with in a minute and shows Compressor fault error.
We are running this chiller by isolating the fault circuit.

CHILLER NO- 2
Compressor of circuit no 3 and 4 trips with in a minute and shows Compressor fault error.
We are running this chiller by isolating the fault circuit.

only 8 compressor were working now..if some body have service manual of this chiller then i will be

Power source quality could be a issue!
Check voltages, voltage drop and balance of phases!

What about the refrigeration charge? Is it charged by factory with HFC or nitrogen?
