Zanussi ZRB 224 NXO domestic Fridge Freezer

Hi guys, hopefully someone can help us. ;)... I am totally new to this !

We have a Zanussi ZRB 224 NXO domestic Fridge Freezer that is 2 years old, its situated in the kitchen that is not heated unless we are cooking, recently it started to not freeze new product's (mainly ice-cream). Now we have a fridge that isn't cold and the freezer is acting as our fridge..ei, isn't freezing, but is cold. The machine seems to be running, but obviously not as it should be...................! Help

We managed to lose £100 + worth of meat due to this and am wanting to sort out before Crimbo as cant afford a new one.

Any help welcome please.

well... on "no frost" systems like this one, you can easily check if the evaporator is full of ice, if it is, you have a defrost system fault.
You can check this too by turn off the fridge freezer by 24 hours , then turn it on, if the temperatures gets normal again, defrost fault...

also check the condenser coil isnt dirty and the condenser fan runs- you may need to take the back cover off
