I am doing a project on bus ac system, could anyone help me with the below queries:


total internal voume of a passenger bus ac system? (expecting the maximum range)
qty of refrigerent used in the above system.

But i am expecting the total internal volume of bus ac system.
"No car ac systems internal volume is not more than 5 Litres".
Similarly for bus ac system?

The specifed above data is required for a thesis to link total internal volume with the refrigerent qty to be charged for different ac systems.

Depends on the bus size

Locate refrigerant filter, after that you have a sight glass. Do an initial 2-3 kg charge, run unit and keep charging 500 g at one time , leave unit running 2-3 minutes untill sightglass has no bubbles. Make sure all fans are running.
