Daewoo frost free freezer not freezing

I have a Daewoo frost free fridge freezer, sorry i dont know/find the model, the fridge works excellent , but the freezer , although fairly cold, will not freeze 'fresh' goods nor keep frozen items , well, frozen
any ideas help very appreciated

fan spins like a good 'un (how does one know if it is working correctly?)
which sensor would that be you refer to?
