Dorin Ac Compreesor Mototr getting frequently burned

Hey guys,
We have four units of dorin AC compressor onboard.
3 of which motor have burn previously and landed for rewinding.
Last motor yesterday night was showing high pressure around 340 psi. suspected that condenser need to be cleaned and cleaning was carried out.
After cleaning condenser which is sea water cooled, the compressor started and the discharge pressure went to 380 psi and with in 15 20 secs the motor burnt,
can any one guide why it has happened,
why motors are frequently getting burned.

I would suggest that your system is contaminated with air. (it would be worth landing a refrigerant sample for analysis)
Other thing to consider was the rewinding, was that wound for Marine use? 60Hz

Pressure without knowing refrigerant doesn't mean anything.
Not knowing what is compressor model# also doesn't help in figuring out what is happening. Are those semi-hermetic or open type? Motor power, belt dimension and pulley dimensions?
Also, we need information about power source for these compressors.
If that is ship, what is power of electric generator? What are other loads on that generator, how much generator power is left to reserve, and what is starting method of compressors (soft starter, no soft starter, inverter etc...)?
What is measured running current of compressors etc...
Voltage balance?
What are the motor protection devices (if any) and their model#?
More details and measurements.

My lucky guess is power supply problems!

@ condenser gasket might have torned/ not installed correctly resulting in water short circiuting .

@ check the water flow of water ...........pump direction of rotation ......... , water filter clogging , water valve on condenser piping might have stuck partially ......
