Results of overcharge on refrigerator

I have just aquried extra duties which require me to work on refrigerators Would the effects be on an overcharge where the suction line will be frosted outside of the cabinet? or temps inside the cabinet will be lower

Frost on suction and compressor would be a cause of over charged.
