Climaveneta chiller W3000 Expansion 5 No link

Dear user,
we have Climaveneta chiller and W3000 , yesterday power switch OFF time we notice W3000 unit Language changed to italian and Fault alarm with code 095 Expansion 5 no link come, we changed language english but Expansion 5 no link still there, how to rectify it? please reply

Actually i am looking for who can give me idea to make link with expansion 5 with shortcut.
i what are the parameters we have to set.
